As you know Tom_Higins Was LSPD Chief When Andy Garcia Left LSPD,Then i applied for cop and TOm gived  me rank of captain cuz i was "one of the best cops"  ,Next weak Andy_Garcia    Come HE told me im a Idiot     AND then he fired me  Pictures Below.
I really want to give me my rank back and to Give Leader to Tom_Higins Cuz he Deserve it and Andy_Garcia LEAVED LSPD!
